阿格尼本週訊息(4/26-5/2):
工作快要開始了,我們可以重新調整自己,當我們新的DNA在未來幾個月內顯化時,我們希望去到哪裡? 哪些內外在的目標是很重要的? 哪些目標我們要放下? 以下的練習有助於預先釐清這個部分:請把Pashandrup寫在雙手的手掌上,如果過去幾天還沒做過的話。接著把雙手放在眼睛上2分鐘,然後雙手在太陽穴上放2分鐘,然後再回到眼睛放2分鐘。你的計劃將依照優先次級排序。
This week: Work is coming up. We can realign ourselves. Where do we want to arrive when our new DNA will manifest itself in the next few months. Which goals inside and outside are important, which can we give up? This exercise helps clarify this in advance: Write Pashandrup in your hands if you haven’t done it in the past few days. Put your hands on your eyes. Hold them there for 2 minutes, then 2 minutes on the temple and back on the eyes for 2 minutes. Your projects are sorted by priority.

我們應該看看我們的舊習慣,並以新的覺醒之光來看他們。它們將如何改變呢? 如果我們放棄它們,什麼會取代它們呢? 以下這個方法可協助釐清:
用右手三指(拇指食指中指)在心輪上畫一個右轉的圓圈,然後同樣用右手三指在第一個圓圈中畫一個較小的左轉圓圈。等待兩分鐘,感受一下自己的習慣。
接著在兩個圓圈上畫一個大X。
現在,你可以感覺到轉變將往哪個方向發生。
This week:
We should look at our old habits and look at them in the awakening new light. How will they change? What will replace them if we give them up? This could help clarify:
Draw a right-turning circle on your heart chakra with 3 fingers of the right hand, then use the same fingers to draw a smaller left-turning circle in the first.
Wait two minutes, feel your habits.
Then draw a big X over both circles.
Now you can feel in which direction the change will happen.
